Overview & Eligibility
At RGBOOKS.NET, we want to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated and items shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable digital products, and items returned after 7 days cannot be returned.
Taxes & Hidden Charges
There are zero hidden charges when you purchase from RGBOOKS.NET. All listed prices for items are final and inclusive of applicable taxes. The final price you see on the checkout page is exactly what you pay.
- Delivery Charges: We do not add delivery charges to online orders placed on our website. However, in the event of a return or refund, applicable delivery charges will be deducted as per rules (the delivery charge is mentioned on the India Post label pasted on the packet).
- Note on COD: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
Estimated Delivery Time
RGBOOKS.NET generally processes, procures, and dispatches orders through India Post within the following estimated timelines, depending on the delivery destination and availability of the ordered items:
- 3–5 Business Days: For locations where faster delivery service is available.
- 5–7 Business Days: For most standard delivery locations.
- 7–10 Business Days: For remote, extended, or less-accessible delivery locations.
Please note that business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, India Post operations, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control. These timelines are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Returns Process
To return a product, you must ship it to our physical address.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original delivery charges incurred will be deducted from your refund amount (the delivery charge is mentioned on the India Post label pasted on the packet).
- Undelivered or Rejected Shipments: If a shipment is rejected by the recipient or returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, the package will be resent. In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply and must be paid by the customer.
- Transit Time: Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged or returned product to reach you may vary.
- Secure Shipping: If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification confirming receipt of the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a standard number of business days. The original delivery charges incurred will be deducted from your refund amount (the delivery charge is mentioned on the India Post label pasted on the packet).
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or payment statement again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary before a refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and still not received your refund, please contact us at info@rgbooks.net.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please email us at info@rgbooks.net or call us at +91 9414100334, and ship the item to our physical address.
Order Cancellation
You can request an order cancellation by sending your order details via WhatsApp or calling us at +91 9414100334 or +91 9414243804.
- Important: Order cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been booked or dispatched.
Exceptions & Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
